Yes. The app creates PDFs for a day, a week, a period, the whole project and the defect list. You send them straight from your own email app. Backups come as a ZIP file with the photo files.

You enter it by hand or, once you agree, fetch it from Deutscher Wetterdienst, the German Weather Service. The app does not send your coordinates; the service technically sees your IP address and the number of the weather station. The weather data is not an official record.

Yes, as an amendment with old value, new value, reason and time. Recorded entries cannot be deleted, only voided with a reason. Every entry carries a checksum you can check under More › Verify chain. This is not proof of authenticity.

Yes, on the device. After that the measurement is locked in the app; corrections are only possible as an amendment with old and new value, signed again by both. It is a simple electronic signature; whether it is sufficient for your contract is a question for legal advice if in doubt.

Yes. The app exports the quantities as a CSV table, for example for your quoting and invoicing software. Hilea Rechnung imports quantities from Hilea Aufmaß and fills in matching prices from your price list.

In Hilea FotoStempel you choose what appears in the photo: date and time, photographer, location as coordinates or address, altitude, direction, your company logo and your own text. The app writes it straight into the image. Existing photos can be stamped too.

The stamp is for documentation and does not replace an expert report or an expert. A check code (SHA-256) in the stamp shows whether the saved file has changed. It is not proof and not a time stamp signature.

On your device, not with the provider. Whether your device includes them in its own backup is up to your device settings. If you choose “address and coordinates”, the app looks up the address via your system’s map service.

The app creates an audit package that the auditors can only read in the app. They take samples, write remarks, sign on the device and get the audit report as a PDF. The checksums in the package protect against damage, not against deliberate changes.

In the storage of your device. There is no account and no sign-in, and without an account no cash book data is sent to the provider. You pass on backups, PDFs and audit packages yourself; they are not encrypted, so keep them safe.

Yes, but every change stays visible: old and new value, time and reason. Deleting is only possible as a visible cancellation, and this cannot be switched off. Trips entered late are marked “+n days”.

There is no account, and the app sends nothing to the provider. Only the check of your purchases and subscriptions via the store goes online and, if you use it, the time stamp. For that the app sends only a checksum, no trips, places or names.

Yes. With one tap the quote becomes a progress invoice, for example for 30%, and at the end the final invoice, with each progress payment deducted separately.

Yes. You can write invoices offline; only purchases and the subscription check need internet. There is no account; company details, customers and invoices are stored on your device. Finalized invoices cannot be deleted, so make backups regularly.

No. Hilea Converter converts files on your device and does not send them to any server, including the provider’s. The app has no account, no ads and no analytics or tracking services.

Open the photo in Hilea Spuren or share it to Spuren from another app. The app shows GPS location, camera and capture time and writes a copy without these details; the original stays unchanged. In the Standard and Official profiles, image and quality stay the same.

Hilea Spuren rewrites a PDF completely, without author, programs, annotations, form data, attachments and scripts. For Word, Excel and PowerPoint the app removes author, company and comments. It reports tracked changes and hidden text; these are only deleted once you confirm.

Not in every case. No app removes what can be seen in the image or text: faces, street signs, letterheads and writing style remain. The app reports embedded files but does not clean them. The check report is not proof that the file allows no conclusions about you.

Each signature applies to exactly one version. If someone changes something afterwards, it has to be signed again. Once both have signed, the contract can no longer be changed in the app. Changes before that are listed in the history, with the time from the device clock.
