Can I create a site diary as a PDF with Hilea Bautagebuch?
Yes. The app creates PDFs for a day, a week, a period, the whole project and the defect list. You send them straight from your own email app. Backups come as a ZIP file with the photo files.
Where does the weather in the daily report come from?
You enter it by hand or, once you agree, fetch it from Deutscher Wetterdienst, the German Weather Service. The app does not send your coordinates; the service technically sees your IP address and the number of the weather station. The weather data is not an official record.
Can I change entries in the site diary later?
Yes, as an amendment with old value, new value, reason and time. Recorded entries cannot be deleted, only voided with a reason. Every entry carries a checksum you can check under More › Verify chain. This is not proof of authenticity.
Which devices does Hilea Bautagebuch run on?
At launch on iPhone, iPad and Mac with Apple silicon, and on Android devices via Google Play, in German and English. You don’t need an account. The app stores your entries and photos on your device, not with the provider.
