How do I keep my club’s cash book on my phone?
With Hilea Vereinskasse you record cash and bank accounts promptly, with a receipt photo and a gapless receipt number. For fairs and festivals you record the daily total. For the general meeting, the app creates the cash report as a PDF.
How do I prepare the club’s financial audit?
The app creates an audit package that the auditors can only read in the app. They take samples, write remarks, sign on the device and get the audit report as a PDF. The checksums in the package protect against damage, not against deliberate changes.
Where does Hilea Vereinskasse store the cash book data?
In the storage of your device. There is no account and no sign-in, and without an account no cash book data is sent to the provider. You pass on backups, PDFs and audit packages yourself; they are not encrypted, so keep them safe.
Which devices does Hilea Vereinskasse run on?
At launch on iPhone, iPad and Mac with Apple silicon, and on Android devices via Google Play, in German and English. The app is made for German clubs and German rules. Its suggestions on tax areas and limits are aids, not tax advice.
