How do I create a utility cost statement as a private landlord?
With Hilea Vermieter you set up the house, apartments and tenancies, record costs with a receipt photo and create one PDF per tenant with calculation, share and result. The app calculates from your entries and does not replace legal or tax advice.
How does the app split heating and CO2 costs?
By the allocation rules of the German Heating Costs Ordinance and the CO2 Cost Allocation Act, with the CO2 share by tier. For every amount the app shows the calculation, so you can see how it comes about.
Where is my data stored in Hilea Vermieter?
The app stores your data on your device, not with the provider, with no ads and no tracking. It imports bank statements as CSV, without a bank connection. You move to a new device with a backup file.
Which devices does Hilea Vermieter run on?
At launch on iPhone, iPad and Mac with Apple silicon, and on Android devices via Google Play. If you like, you can lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint. You don’t need an account.
