This website presents Hilea One and the Hilea apps. It sets no cookies, counts no visitors, embeds no third-party fonts and loads nothing from other servers. There is no form.

When you visit the site

The site is operated through Cloudflare, Inc. This produces technically necessary access data: the address requested, the time, the amount of data transferred, the browser identifier and the IP address. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is not combined with other sources and is not used to analyze the behavior of individual visitors.

How long: The access data is processed only by the delivery provider. It is kept there only as long as necessary for secure operation and defense against attacks, and then deleted. The data is not stored or analyzed by Hildebrandt.AI UG.

Transfer to the USA: Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States, so processing there cannot be ruled out. Cloudflare acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR; transfers are based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

The apps

Each Hilea app has its own privacy policy. You find it in the app under “More” and, once the app is released, in the App Store or on Google Play.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA) in Ansbach.
