Questions and answers.
How does Hilea Aufmaß deduct windows and doors?
By the rule of each trade from trade literature on the German VOB/C. The line shows whether an opening is included or deducted. The standards themselves have not been checked in this version. If your contract says otherwise, switch the rule off per item or enter your own limit.
Can client and contractor sign the measurement together?
Yes, on the device. After that the measurement is locked in the app; corrections are only possible as an amendment with old and new value, signed again by both. It is a simple electronic signature; whether it is sufficient for your contract is a question for legal advice if in doubt.
Can I transfer the quantities to my invoicing software?
Yes. The app exports the quantities as a CSV table, for example for your quoting and invoicing software. Hilea Rechnung imports quantities from Hilea Aufmaß and fills in the prices from your price list.
Which devices does Hilea Aufmaß run on?
At launch on iPhone, iPad and Mac with Apple silicon, and on Android devices via Google Play, in German and English; the measurement sheet, room book and tables are written in German. There is no account; your measurements are stored on your device.
