How do I make a private sales contract for a used car?
With Hilea Kaufvertrag you fill in the contract on one device when you meet: vehicle, seller, buyer, defects, warranty, price and payment. Both sign with a finger and get the PDF. The app is a template and not legal advice.
Does Hilea Kaufvertrag work without internet?
Yes. Contracts work offline too; only purchases and the subscription check need internet. You don’t need to sign in with the provider. Your contracts are stored on your device and not uploaded to the provider.
What happens if someone changes something after signing?
Each signature applies to exactly one version. If someone changes something afterwards, it has to be signed again. Once both have signed, the contract can no longer be changed in the app. Changes before that are listed in the history, with the time from the device clock.
Which devices does Hilea Kaufvertrag run on?
At launch on iPhone, iPad and Mac with Apple silicon, and on Android devices via Google Play, in German and English, with dark mode and large text. You share the PDF by email or messenger.
