Questions and answers.
How much compensation can I get for a delayed flight?
Under EU Regulation 261/2004 you may be owed up to €600 for a delay of 3 hours or more, a cancellation or denied boarding, except in extraordinary circumstances. Hilea Anspruch works this out from your details and writes the claim.
How much money do I get back for a late train in Germany?
With a single ticket, the app calculates 25% from a 60-minute delay and 50% from 120 minutes. With a Deutschlandticket or season ticket you collect delays and claim at the end of the month. Amounts follow Deutsche Bahn’s passenger rights terms; other operators may differ.
Does Hilea Anspruch take a commission?
No. No commission, no debt collection. You send the claim yourself and in your own name, also straight from your email app. The app is not legal advice and does not review your individual case; the company decides whether it pays.
Which devices does Hilea Anspruch run on?
At launch on iPhone, iPad and Mac with Apple silicon, and on Android devices via Google Play. The app is available in German and English; letters to companies stay in German. You don’t need an account.
